 Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You can return or exchange items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

   • Personalized or custom-made items
   • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

How to Make a Return

In-Store: Bring your item(s) and the original receipt or proof of purchase to Maison de Scarlett store. We will process your return on the spot.

Refunds

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to process.
• Gift Returns: Items returned with a gift receipt will be refunded as store credit.

Exchanges

• Exchanges can be made within 30 days for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
